Fresh Products

Fresh products include all chilled and ready-to-consume items.

• Exchange is allowed within 3 days from the date of purchase

• Refunds are not permitted

• Products must be kept properly chilled at all times

• Products that are spoiled, damaged due to improper storage, or mishandled are not eligible for exchange

Frozen Products

Frozen products include all frozen and ready-to-cook items.

• Exchange is allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase

• Refunds are not permitted

• Products must be kept fully frozen at all times

• Products that have been thawed, partially thawed, or stored improperly are not eligible for exchange

General Terms & Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests

• Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval by Absolute Choice

• Exchanges are only applicable for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues

• Absolute Choice reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with this policy
